Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate|EXECUTIVE PARTNERS Receives Cartus 2014 Platinum Excellence Award

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners is the first Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Company in the nation to receive a 2014 CARTUS Platinum Excellence Award. Platinum is the highest level of the CARTUS Excellence Awards.

Also, BHGEP, the fastest-growing real estate company in the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area), is the only CSRA real estate agency to win this prestigious award. CARTUS, a global relocation provider, holds agencies to the highest standards in service and values, requiring each broker to achieve specific metrics.

Broker and Owner Tommy Stephenson says, “I am very proud of the hard work and dedication our staff and agents have put in to achieve this milestone. We set the goal early on to achieve Platinum Status with CARTUS, and our hard work has paid off. It gives our company great pride to represent the hard-working men and women of our great military, and this achievement is truly a testament to that.”

To achieve these specific metrics, CARTUS requires all Relocation Agents to attend classes every year for each of its branches. The goal of this intensive training is to update agents on the latest policies and procedures, as well as to reinforce policies and procedures already in place.

Whitney Caudle, BHGEP Relocation Coordinator, says, “Not only did we exceed the CARTUS expectations, but also we have influenced other brokers in the Southeastern Region to challenge themselves.”

As the only CARTUS-certified agency in the Augusta area and a Movers Advantage USAA Preferred Broker, BHGEP Relocation Agents assist military, civilian, and corporate clients in relocating to the Augusta area. CARTUS serves 55 percent of the Fortune 100, providing service to over 165 countries.

One way that Caudle and other BHGEP Relocation Agents exceed expectations is through customer service. In addition to assisting new residents find homes, Caudle goes further by introducing her clients to local vendors and businesses. She prepares packets brimming with information to help newly relocated Augusta residents to become acclimated to the area. Her packets also include special information on the “secret gems” in the area.

Caudle says, “I am so fortunate to work with a team of agents whose focus is on the customers. We all work together, helping each other toward the common goal of providing each client with VIP service. We would not be where we are today without the countless hours devoted to completing paperwork, showing homes, answering questions, and making clients feel special.”
